Assign trip tasks and deadlines

Add a task

1. Open the Tasks tab.
2. Add the job — "Book the campsite", "Collect the key", "Meat run".
3. Assign it to a person and set when it needs to be done by.

Before, during and after

Group tasks by when they happen. Most go in before trip; a few — braai duty, the return of the borrowed trailer — belong on the trip itself or after it.
